Flatiron Provisions sits on the corner of Cohannet and Winthrop, right on Taunton Green — a downtown that's coming into its own, and a corner worth being part of. We didn't want to just occupy this space. We wanted to earn it.

Old-world soul is a feeling we've brought to the food and the welcome you get here. It shows up in the pickles we brine ourselves and the cheeses we import because there's no shortcut for the real thing.
